We have shipped our products to almost all countries in the world. To provide a better service we ship from the USA, UK and Thailand. This means we can offer more shipping options and the best priced shipping to anywhere in the world.
Delivery times listed below are suggested by the postal companies and we can't be held responsible if their service is not as efficient as claimed. The suggested delivery times are also from the time of shipping, not the time of ordering. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
USA Domestic Shipping
Depending on the weight of your order your shipping options may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail (although all MMS1 products can only be shipped using UPS Ground given the current FDA restrictions forced upon our warehouse fulfillment service.)
Orders that weigh 13 ounces or less are eligible for all three shipping methods mentioned above, with the exclusion being orders that contain MMS1. Order exceeding 13 ounces in weight, that exclude our MMS1 product, can only be shipped by Priority Mail or Express Mail. First Class, while less expensive than Priority Mail or Express Mail, is a lower mail class and therefore will take longer to reach you.

International Shipping
Customs and Import Duties: Your country of residence may impose duties or levy some charge that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost paid to Mineral-Solutions for your merchandise and shipping. It is also possible that customs in your country, depending on the laws, or how they feel on any given day, may refuse to allow packages through, andthis is also the customers responsibility to know the laws and restrictions in their country and take full responsibility for dealing with customs should any issues arise. It is impossible for us to know the laws in every country of the world, or to deal with customs on your behalf.
Courier is by far the fastest and most reliable way to have your package delivered. If it is urgent and simply must arrive as soon as possible, we recommend using a courier service. The downside is that for non EU countries it is considered international and it is very likely there may be additional duties or taxes to pay. These vary from country to country.
Using the postal service often avoids import duties and taxes as not every package is checked. We currently only offer courier to UK, Europe and some countries surrounding Europe. The reason is that for countries outside this area, couriers become expensive.
