We ship to almost all countries in the world. To provide a better service we ship from both USA and UK. This means we can offer more shipping options and the best priced shipping to anywhere in the world.

Please note: Delivery times listed below are suggested by the postal companies and we can't be held responsible if their service is not as efficient as claimed. The suggested delivery times are also from the time of shipping, not the time of ordering. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

USA Domestic Shipping

Depending on the weight of your order your shipping options may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail.

Orders that weigh 13 ounces or less are eligible for all three shipping methods. On any order where the weight exceeds 13 ounces the shipping options change to Priority Mail and Express Mail only. First Class, while less expensive than Priority Mail or Express Mail, is a lower mail class and therefore will take longer to reach you.

UK Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Customs and Import Duties: Your country of residence may impose duties or levy some charge that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost paid to Mineral-Solutions for your merchandise and shipping.

*These methods will be shown as a split package option for orders over 2kg. We offer this to get around the 2kg limit to countries where sending 2 packages by post is cheaper than sending one by courier.

**For international countries not near the USA, we have found that Airmail from UK is more reliable and generally faster than First Class from USA, so we recommend using Airmail from UK as the cheap postage option.

Courier(UPS or DHL) is by far the fastest and most reliable way to have your package delivered. If it is urgent and simply must arrive as soon as possible, we recommend using a courier service. The downside is that for non EU countries it’s considered international and it’s very likely that there may be additional duties or taxes to pay, these vary from country to country. The postal service often avoids import duties and taxes as not every package is checked. We currently only offer courier to UK, Europe and some countries surrounding Europe. The reason is that for countries outside this area, couriers become ridiculously expensive and using Express Mail from USA is a much cheaper option to get full tracking, fast delivery and hopefully avoid any additional charges or taxes.

Countries to expect slower shipping

Certain countries have notoriously slow postal systems. We will list the ones we know about below, to give a better idea if you should expect longer than suggested delivery times, so you may opt for a faster method of shipping with tracking if fast delivery is important.We highly recommend using only shipping options with tracking as otherwise there isn othing that can be done to locate you package in case of delays.

Brazil – No problem reported yet, but have heard it can be slow

Ecuador - Can take up to a month by USPS First Class Mail from USA

Italy - Usually 14-30 days for Airmail from UK

Russia - Usually 10-20 days by Airmail from UK

African Countries - Generally around 2 weeks, occasionally over 1 month with USPS First Class

Asian Countries(not including Japan, Japan has no problems) - Generally around 2 weeks, occasionally over 1 month with USPS First Class, or Airmail from UK.

If you are ordering to any of the above countries, please choose a shipping method with tracking. You will be glad you did if there are any delays and you want to know where it is.
